Ankr was founded in 2017 in Berkeley, California. Its founding team and headquarters are based in San Francisco. Ankr’s distributed team of 50+ people operates from offices in San Francisco, Shanghai, Moscow, and Amsterdam.
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager's mission is to lead the business towards high-growth opportunities that are efficient and scalable. We believe in a data-driven approach to identifying and executing marketing activities that drive significant, sustainable, high-ROI growth.
The Growth Marketing Manager will work hand-in-hand with Product Growth, bringing the marketing skills, viewpoint and expertise to a truly cross-functional team. This cross-functional Growth team includes engineers, developers, designers, product managers and more, all laser-focused on scalable growth of ANKR.
We want to use insights from data and research on our users and partners to develop and identify growth opportunities and we use our findings to develop scalable marketing strategies to acquire, retain and grow usage of ANKRs services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the growth marketing campaigns across all audience channels targeting developers and companies interested in blockchains, cryptocurrencies and decentralized applications
- Build and manage large scale email marketing campaigns
- Create and run viral campaigns and capture wide audiences of external developer communities; raise awareness, lead the acquisition and activation of external developers and developer communities
- Grow our presence throughout various online communities and channels from Reddit, Twitter, Discord, Medium, Telegram, Quora, Instagram, Facebook, podcasts, forums
- Find creative ways to drive high levels of interest in our brand
- Analyze data and track metrics to optimize your campaigns and ads
- Work with modern marketing tools and automate your tasks
Requirements
- Expert in growth marketing, marketing campaigns, viral and social media techniques and strategies
- You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial and growth mindset
- You are driven, analytical and results orientated
- You are comfortable diving into data to produce informed strategic recommendations and insights (familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker and Intercom preferred)
- Confident and familiar with the cryptocurrency, DeFi, blockchain marketplaces and ecosystems
- Extremely creative, strategic and tactical with content, messaging, campaign strategy and storytelling
- Tech savvy with modern marketing tools and CRMs
- Data driven and able to automate tasks and campaigns
- Experience with political campaigns, big brand campaigns is preferred
- Agency experience preferred
