Job Description

For our HQ office, we are looking for a Finance amp; Office Assistant who will join our international team.

You will play a key role in assisting and supporting the entire company by creating a productive working environment and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

And you will have the unique opportunity to enrich your finance experiences by managing the accounts payables process by supporting the client invoicing process

The role is full time and based in Amsterdam.


What will you do day-to-day:

Managing the office

  • Ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day office life by ordering office supplies, and maintain the office in great condition by arranging necessary repairs
  • Being the face of the company by greeting visitors, answering at the phone processing physical incoming mail and redirecting information
  • Arranging presents and organizing company and team events
  • Support teams by arranging meetings, appointments, booking flights/hotels and arranging visa, when needed
  • Support the on and offboarding process by creating and disable accounts and ensure that company proprieties is handed over on time

Assisting Finance

  • Manage the purchase invoices process (scan and book invoices, have the invoices approved by the right people, create suppliers in the bookkeeping system)
  • Assist in the sales invoices process (book invoices and create debtor accounts in the system)


Requirements

  • Experiences with office or financial support related activities
  • You have experience working with Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Flexible and able to cope well with change
  • Proactive, accurate, punctual, uses initiative, able to multi-task and priorities, without close supervision
  • Love solving problems and help people with their needs
