Youwe is looking for a result-driven and experienced Corporate Recruiter to help us grow the teams with A-players. Are you a specialist with hands-on hiring experience in hiring key personel? About the role
With your good understanding of the hiring landscape and active network of IT experts, you will manage end to end recruitment process (International). You know where top talents are found, how to attract and make them join Youwe way. With your exceptional organizational skills and accurate approach to saving data in ATS, you’ll proactively build candidates’ pipeline. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will help you to warmly represent Youwe while being the first point of contact.
Requirements
What do we ask of you?
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment process starting from direct search, headhunting of candidates to job offer negotiation and closing the deal;
- Strong experience in senior level recruitment with 4+ placements/month;
- Solid knowledge of the tech market and relevant recruitment techniques to conquer it;
- Build and own candidates-generation strategy to recruit at a high volume and fast pace;
- An active network with established professional relationships in the industry;
- You don’t stop until you get the desired result. Motivated to succeed!
- You speak and write fluently in English.
