Head of FDF Portfolio
The Position
The Head of FDF portfolio has the purpose to develop Centrients FDF portfolio this includes supporting the running business organization with optimized pricing, launching of signed business, finding new areas of growth in the existing portfolio as well as building a strategy for the development/ acquisition of new products. The portfolio team will develop a clear growth strategy and is responsible for execution of such plans. All new launches for Centrient FDF products will go through this team. The BD role supports finding new opportunities as well as supporting the sales team in commercialization. Defining strategy is deemed critical as well as implementation of the projects. The Ramp;D function support technical feasibility as well as managing a network of mostly 3rd party service providers (CROs).
The main activities and responsibilities
Portfiolio extension
- Build expansion plans and drive strategic alignment with Centrient leadership team.
- Support portfolio optimization running business and identify growth options where possible.
Project Management NBD
- Lead development projects through approval phases in Pipeline committee.
- Manage 3rd party network of CROs and other partners for new developments.
- Technical assessment of new options.
BD management
- Scout for new opportunities in market.
- Support early stage commercialization of new products. Commercial excellence to rubu sales team on new opportunities.
NPL/ Artwork
- Launch management of all Centrient FDF launches new and existing products.
- Artwork management new launches and Rubu.
BI/ Pricing
- Market assessment to support commercial organization on decision making.
- Prepare input business plans running business and portfolio expansion.
- Pricing guidance and excellence to running business sales team.
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor degree or higher (preferred pharmacist, natural sciences, economics or business administration) required. MBA or Msc in a relevant field is valued.
- General/High-level understanding of development, regulatory, quality amp; manufacturing, supply chain and finance processes in generic pharma industry.
- Specific knowledge of portfolio management and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry. Involved in building portfolio.
- Fluent in English (oral and in written).
- Technical Ramp;D/ FDF product affinity.
- RA knowledge/ background.
