Your job
As Senior Risk and Compliance specialist you will be responsible for managing the Non-financial risk of New10.
- You make sure that our compliance risks related to client, product and employee integrity are in control.
- You manage privacy risks within the organization.
In particular, you will:
- Monitor the non-financial risks (compliance risk assessments and key control testing);
- Help the business with embedding (improved) controls and procedures within the organization (for example related to CDD);
- Report on integrity risks on a monthly base;
- Coordinate the yearly Systematic Integrity Risk Analysis (SIRA) within New10;
- Align with the central (regulatory) programs and projects of ABN AMRO;
- Implement central (regulatory) programs within New10 (for example client integrity principles and data retention periods);
- Provide training and create awareness on compliance and privacy risks;
- Be the central point of contact in the organization for compliance and privacy matters;
- Maintaining the processing register;
- Handle, assess if necessary report personal data breach incidents.

Your profile
We’re looking for a candidate with;
- Track record in compliance/ compliance projects
- Responsible and a proactive attitude

- Flexibility and versatility to work in a start-up environment
- Ability to get things done through focus and ownership
- Analytical and data exploration capabilities
- Team-player: creating synergy with a variety of roles (Sales, Service, Design, Tech) amp; nationalities (25+)
- CIPP/E certified is a pre
