Floom is an online florist marketplace that offers quality and beautiful bouquets from a curated selection of independent florists, delivered same-day.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and experienced Client Relationship Manager to manage our floral suppliers and wholesalers. We are looking for someone who is an awesome client manager with a background in floral wholesale and supplier management. The role is 100% remote but will rely on UK and Dutch working hours.
The successful candidate must have experience within the floral industry, managing the brand process from client relationships, product management and sales. You will be responsible for managing the Client Relationship, contract and commercial arrangements.
Further Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients, connecting with key business stakeholders and working collaboratively with multiple departments. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Sales, Customer Success, Product amp; Tech) to improve the entire customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional account management, product training and technical project management to assigned accounts with an emphasis on continuously increasing revenue.
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity. Evaluate trends and competitive strategies. Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports that allow management to effectively capitalise on opportunities, manage issues, measure performance and review partnerships SLA’s for continual improvement.
- Identify new floral wholesale and partnership opportunities that align with Floom brand value and business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or other relevant experience. Floral industry or related industries preferred.
- Demonstrated high proficiency in account management with a proven track record of achieving commercial growth. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
- Customer obsessed, with excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, a people-person and keenly attentive to detail.
- Delivers results through strong account management and relationship building skills, as well as, excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, must be adaptable and able to interact and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to inspire others.
- Energetic, self-starter with a strong work ethic.
