We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Operations Associate to join us on this adventure - we're growing exponentially every week and you will play a crucial role in our growth and success by managing our ever increasing payroll.

What you’ll do at Getir

  • Maintain payroll information by designing systems; managing the collection, calculation, and entering of data
  • Play a role in determining key incentive structures
  • Prepare weekly payroll reports by compiling all data required in a timely and detail orientated manner
  • Manage documentation for current and new hires including contracts, legal documentation and personal information
  • Work with an external payroll provider + with internal teams including strategy, people, operations and finance
  • Provide payroll information to employees by answering questions and requests
  • Maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
  • Work closely with Operations teams to improve processes and exceed expected targets
  • Support on recruitment and employee engagement related initiatives
  • Support on important projects that benefit the wider business

Requirements

  • Ideally looking for some with both Compensation amp; Benefits and Payroll experience
  • Around 6- 8 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment
  • Person needs understand the overall concept of how payroll works for a driver community
  • Must be meticulous and have excellent attention to detail
  • Will contribute to a growing driver network by ensuring data is received and captured in the correct time frames from the store managers and drivers are paid accurately and accordingly
  • Need to be resilient and have good communication skills to ensure deadline are met
  • Good reporting and reconciliation skills are required
  • Advanced excel skills is a must
  • A great analytical thinker who enjoys having autonomy
  • A can-do, will-do attitude - having a solution oriented mindset is key to our ethos
  • Highly adaptable candidate who can switch between long-term strategic initiatives one moment and pivot into rapid, tactical actions the next
  • Must be proficient in Dutch and English
