As Brxs’ first recruiter, you will work closely together with us on building a great and high performing team from the ground up:

• Manage end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendations, negotiation and closing candidates
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies that deliver strong and diverse talent for our current needs
• Implement effective processes throughout the entire cycle that improve our ability to make strong hires while ensuring a fantastic candidate experience for all.
• You are excited about building a great company which means that you look further than pure recruiting topics. You want to dive into all parts of the business from product roadmap to customer feedback, in order to use these insights for the recruitment strategy.

Requirements

About you

• 3+ years recruiting experience preferably in a fast growing start-upYou are a self-starter who is proactive and likes to get things done, much rather than just planning and talking about them
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills both verbally as written
• Humble, Self-aware and Empathetic
• You find the right balance between detail and swift hands-on execution: we need to move quickly but also do things well
• Proven ability to excite and close top talent
• You are naturally curious and creative, enjoy learning new things at a very fast pace and turning those learnings into insights and actions
