As a Business Analyst Operations, you will identify operational issues and potential concerns within our back-office. These can include planning constraints, determining product cost, and occupancy. Together with our internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for turning these issues and concerns into more efficient operations. Your most important task is to improve the overall efficiency, so being analytical and observant are two of your main strengths.
Using various modeling strategies to identify problems and resolve issues is key to this role. Working with Tableau is an asset, but other tools can be discussed. The possible solutions will be discussed with the internal stakeholders to find the best fit for the company.
You will turn your research and analysis into reports and presentations that will support the recommended solutions for the identified problems and concerns. Once accepted by the stakeholders, you will oversee the implementation of your solutions. With your strong communication skills, you will be able to explain your ideas and communicate them clearly. Colleagues that do not have strong operations or analytical background will still be able to understand your ideas.
