• Bachelor's degree at nationally recognized/certified university in related technical discipline and 3 years of post-related experience.
• Or exceptionally, lack of university degree may be compensated by demonstration of candidate's particular abilities or experience that are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 6 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to function of post.
• Strong experience in, knowledge, and understanding of modern AV and conference room services and technologies particular focus on emerging technologies and key industrial suppliers in this domain.
• Ability to perform as Technical Leader in AV-related projects and activities, designing, leading and supporting project architecture and technical solutions, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders (including industry counterparts) and so on.
• Experience and good knowledge of Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and Telepresence services and technologies (server equipment, end-points, etc).
• Sound experience in supporting AV / VTC related project management and technical functions including definition of requirements, acquisition, testing, acceptance, fielding, supporting, training, project reviews and so forth.
• Experience and knowledge in infrastructural aspects (facilities assessment, HVAC, power consumption, and so on) is also required.
• Formal / international recognized certifications in AV and VTC domain
• Understanding of and previous experience with NATO and / or NCI Agencies processes and procedures pertinent to role performance are considered an asset.
• Ability to express oneself clearly both orally and in writing.
