THE JOBManaging and growing a portfolio of brands and suppliers in the Home amp; Deco + New Business Team;- Within the Home amp; Deco Team we work with brands and suppliers from various segments:Home amp; Living, Design amp; Furniture, Kitchen appliances, High Tech, DIY, Garden, Toys, Wine amp; Gastronomy.- Brands whom we work with are: Zuiver, WOOOD, Tiger amp; Sealskin, AEG, Gardena, Kärcher, Mattel, Beddinghouse, Wijnvoordeel,- We provide various commercial services including Flash Sales, Market Place( to start Q1 2022) One Day Deals, Media, ‘digitally delivered goods’ DDG
Responsible for the strategy, execution and performance of your portfolio:Strategy:- Develop and implement segment-, account- and prospect growth strategies.- Align and agree the portfolio strategy with the BNL Home amp; Deco Strategy; KPI’s include Revenue, Profitability, Sell Through.- Mine and apply insights on BNL market, categories and segment development.
Commercial:- Convert strategies into actionable account and prospect plans to deliver on the objectives.- Take full ownership over account amp; prospection roadbook.- Lead portfolio reviews, leverage data, generate new business, and act as commercial consultant towards suppliers and brands as well as within Home Deco BNL and other markets.
Operational:- Manage the execution of the annual commercial calendar for the portfolio.- Lead and secure the planning and process for activation and delivery, with residing departments e.g. logistics, production, marketing, customer care, finance.- Continuously contribute to the improvement of Veepee’s performance both B2B and B2C.
You report to the Business Manager Hone Deco amp; New Business Netherlands.Frequent travel between offices and to accounts in NL amp; BE is part of the role.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a commercial role, including accountmanagement.
  • Experience, knowledge and network in the Home amp; Deco category is a Plus.
  • Excellent commercial skills: analytics, segmentation, profitable growth.
  • Excellent command in CRM BI Tools.
  • Commercial assertiveness.
  • Energy and Humor.
  • Fluent in Dutch amp; English, French is a plus.
