So, the work we do matters.Come and be a part of it.About the roleThe core focus will be establishing and investing in stakeholder relationships with internal departments in Product, Marketing, PR and sales to deliver a product launch.You’ll oversee the planning, resourcing and deliverables over multiple departments and functions and are capable of maintaining oversight and structure in a fast-paced environment.When faced with unpredictable deadlines, you are patient, make thoughtful decisions, and bring a good sense of humor. If in previous roles you have brought your knowledge and experience to improve processes, communication streams and workflows, then we're looking for you.Where your expertise is needed:- Project management of cross-functional initiatives and projects across departments and functions
- Developing tools/ materials to keep track and report on each initiative and report on a regular cadence status
- Work with the team to understand scope and needs of projects, and manage timelines, facilitate work and communicate resources
- Communicate priorities, discuss future opportunities, raise potential resourcing issues and communicate timelines across teams
- Review the timeline amp; scope of the project to ensure that the launch date and delivery is feasible, and to communicate any changes to stakeholders accordingly
- Reschedule initiatives based on new or changing priorities, and communicate the impact of any delays proactively to stakeholders
- Flag any potential bottlenecks, any opportunities to evolve our processes, and any general workflow improvements
- Foster an efficient process that enables the team and stakeholders to do their best work
Experience we’re looking for:- A proven track record in project management
- Mastery of standard project management procedures and tools
- Experience working with C-Suite level and senior internal stakeholders
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- A strategic mindset and the ability to focus on the bigger picture
- The ability to work fully independently and proactive at finding solutions
- Exceptional written and verbal (English) communication skills; ability to break down complex information
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
