Continuous Improvement Lead
The Position
Reporting to the continuous improvement manager, promoting the implementation the annual strategy for the company's overall performance, leading the projects that make it possible to streamline all the organizational processes, support a culture of continuous improvement and motivate the commitment of all the members of the organization, for the cost reduction, increase in productivity and quality assurance of our products, by reducing waste in alignment with global policies and corporate values.
The main activities and responsibilities
- Support strategies that motivate all members of the organization to work within a culture of continuous improvement;
- Align to improvement indicators that allow monitoring and evaluation;
- Analysis of variability to redesign and optimize the process;
- Develop methodology to design and implement transformation and management projects;
- Generate solutions for business processes as well as develop the process framework;
- Facilitate possible solutions for business process by teamwork;
- Analysis of operations of the different areas in search of improvement for projects in all areas;
- Implement and support cultural change in the organization;
- Monitor and measure the efficiency of the implemented improvements;
- Communicate improvement commitments;
- Promote systematic problem solving in the organization.
The Ideal Candidate
- Engineering bachelor degree;
- Lean and six sigma certification (Minimum green belt);
- 3 years of relevant experience;
- Is a proactive person;
- Takes leadership;
- Likes to work in teams and enthuse people;
- Has good organization skills;
- Is cost reduction oriented;
- Analytical person;
- Lean manufacturing;
- Empathic and collaboration with team co-workers.
