Executive Producer
Goodhabitz is looking for a passionate, digital-savvy Executive Producer to lead the further growth of the Goodhabitz training library. In this role, your focus will be on the global role out of our courses to all corners of the planet.
You will be leading the largest (in 2 years) and best (already now) media production team in education in the world!
This is what youll be doing
- Together with the Editor in Chief you’ll lead the entire team of over 100 creatives who work on our courses every day.
- Create the necessary processes to meet the tough deadlines for the delivery of courses in all countries.
- Ensuring delivery of content within the budget.
- Leading the global rollout of Goodhabitz course library in close cooperation with our local country managers and their teams.
- Ensuring we have the right partnerships in place to build the strongest EdTech company in the world.
- Driving innovation together with the Editor in Chief and the Chief of Creative Director of the Product innovation team.
Requirements
You are perfect for this job, because
- You have a strong experience as a lead producer or similar in a publishing, media, or other creative production company.
- You have a proven track record in recruiting, building, and achieving results with production teams in different formats.
- You have strong experience as a leader, and you can lead - sometimes stubborn creatives and help them grow.
- You have experience in working across the globe and do understand what is needed to localize content at speed and with high quality.
- You have experience in Agile / Scrum
