The Holding Controller is a member of the Finance department and reports to the Group Controller. The Controller. ensures, in cooperation with the Group Controller, accurate and consistent financial and management reporting by Hitec Holding B.V. and it’s subsidiaries.

In addition the Controller manages the implementation and consistency of accounting and reporting standards throughout the Hitec group including the supporting IT systems.

Requirements

• You are, in cooperation with the Group Controller, responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting
• You manage the month-end consolidating activities.
• You monitor, advise and support on the consistency and improvement of accounting and reporting standards applied throughout the group.
• You monitor and drive the consistency and improvement of accounting and ERP software throughout the group.
• You initiate and carry out audits throughout the group.
• You contribute to the following activities on Hitec group level:
  • treasury, insurance and tax-related issues;
  • corporate reporting activities;
  • statutory reporting activities of Hitec Holding and it’s subsidiaries.
  • SOX implementation and audits
• You are responsible for the accounting and reporting concerning Hitec Holding B.V. and all other non-operational Dutch Hitec entities.
