About the role
This is a professional development role. You will deputize and work hand-in-hand with the Senior Production Manager overseeing the day-to-day fulfillment center operations (incl. processes, procedures and technology), immersing yourself in the shop floor to ensure on-time and accurate production and delivery of customer orders. In this role you yourself are deputized by multiple teamleads who instruct and lead the associates on the shopfloor, people skills are an important part of the capabilities needed for this role.
You will be expected to drive excellent standards, improve processes and help cultivate a culture of excellence.
