About the role

As a Programme Manager Partner Success, you will lead and manage the continued progress and tracking of often complex projects and programs relating to large enterprise clients.

In this role you will successfully juggle your time between people, projects, clients, and supporting tools, as well as engaging in business discussions with enterprise clients. Defining and meeting the project scope, timeline and budgets is critical for the success of this position.

When driving a project from concept to delivery, you establish solid working relationships with clients. This enables you to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, geographically dispersed team.

We are looking for you to have strong critical thinking capabilities to solve problems as they arise and finely-tuned communication skills to ensure everyone remains informed, motivated, and on board. You will be keen to identify efficiencies and actively seek feedback to help improve ways of working and visibility of project progress. The team will be leaning on you to help solve cross team dependencies and manage engagements with enterprise customers.


Your mission, should you choose to accept it

  • Lead, manage and track client projects from concept to delivery, including Statement of Works, RACI matrixes and project status reporting
  • Identify, manage, track and flag risks promptly
  • Manage the customers’ expectations and nurture relationships with key enterprise partner stakeholders
  • Maintain an up-to-date Project Status Reports; monitor progress and track blockers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams to ensure
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer of information, both internally and externally through use of systems and tools (eg Lunch and Learn sessions, GURU Cards and Learning Management Systems)

Requirements

You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:

  • Proven project management skills and experience who have delivered large, complex projects of significant scale and visibility.
  • Strong communicator: able to communicate easily with all types of engaged parties ranging from Mews team members, vendors, stakeholders, and Brand representatives
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and often evolving and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Strong influencer who can bring internal colleagues and external stakeholders on a journey to achieve positive outcomes
  • Attention to detail coupled with the ability to see the big picture
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, ideally with product release experience
