Your role as Junior Operations Coordinator:
You will be working to deliver excellent service to our club partners as well as our customers. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for various operational tasks for all our auctions.
A regular day at the office consists of: Arranging pick-ups at our partner clubs, authenticating shirts that arrived, photographing the shirts, shipping of shirts, making sure auction pages on our website look excellent, providing outstanding customer service. In other words, an all-round job!
Being part of our operations team requires being precise, resourceful and able to take on responsibility.
Requirements
- You have just finished a MBO or HBO degree in logistics, operations or similar.
- You have 1-2 years experience in working in a fast-paced environment (full/part-time job, internship or voluntary work).
- You live in / near Amsterdam
- You are able to express yourself well in English - any other language would be an advantage.
- You’re proactive, determined, and full of initiative, with the ability to multitask.
- At work, you are: passionate, energetic, stress-resistant and have a positive attitude.
- You have an opportunistic mindset and know how to motivate the people around you.
- You prefer to work in a young, dynamic and fast paced environment
- You want to ‘do good’ and contribute to a better world.
- You are available to work approximately one weekend day every three weeks.

Our recruitment procedure consists of four rounds:
- Getting to know each other (HR intro call)
- Assessment round: an assessment (homework, 2 hours max.)
- Interview with the Operations Manager
- Final interview with part of the Management Team
