Business Analyst E-commerce

Job Description
At Youwe, we are looking for a competent Business Analyst to join our customer team in Groningen. Are you an expert in working with Agile processes, able to generate and translate business requirements from clients into detailed solutions for the e-commerce platform?
What you will doAs a Business Analyst, you will be the crucial link between the development teams and the business stakeholders of the client. You will assist business representatives and a client product owner to write tangible user stories for the development team. You will initiate and drive backlog refinement sessions.
Internally at Youwe, you will work closely together with the architect and UX Designer to validate the requirements and solutions against the architectural direction and user needs. With your hands-on experience, you know how to reach stakeholders and development team members to make sure input is delivered on time. At the same time, you are the one helping the client to make the right decisions to keep the development team enabled for the right course of action. You feel responsible for making sure requirements are clear and in line with the project goals. Agile is part of your daily vocabulary and you eat Jira for breakfast.
Requirements
What you have- Advanced e-commerce knowledge, preferably Adobe Commerce;
- Experience with complex landscapes/integrations (ESB, ERP, Marketing Automation Platform, DOM, WMS);
- Ability to keep a helicopter view on the project while working on the details as well;
- Skills and required experience to draw process diagrams;
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills;
- Excellent technical writing skills;
- Fluency in spoken and written Dutch and English.
