The opportunity
At Youwe we are looking for an?Integration Consultant?to join our team. Does your passion lie in API’s and integrating commerce platforms with PIM, ERP, WMS and CRM for various projects and coordinating project guidelines around integration to meet project goals? Do you have experience with API based integrations, IPaaS and ESB’s? Is overseeing complex use cases, translating them to solutions and actionable tasks your second nature? Do you love getting your hands dirty with sales opportunities together with the business developers?
Your role as an Integration Consultant at Youwe
As an Integration Consultant, you will be the link between the project teams and the client business stakeholders. You will assist business representatives and a client product owner to write tangible user stories for the development team. You will initiate and drive backlog refinement sessions.
Who you are
You are the driver that sets up integrations to facilitate our customers in optimizing their business and related processes through building a reliable and stable integration environment.
Internally at Youwe, you will work closely together with the project teams to validate the requirements and solutions against the architectural direction and the user needs. With your hands-on experience, you know how to reach out to the stakeholders and development team members to make sure input is delivered on time.
You will:
- Actively support and consult clients with their integration projects and roadmap;
- Translate business requirements to successful integrations;
- Work closely with your colleagues from departments throughout our company;
- Develop and maintain Youwe best practices on top of the latest and next trends in the market;
- Work with IPaaS solutions such as Alumio or Mulesoft;
- Work with a variety of challenging customers and be actively involved in the sales process, working closely with the business developers to onboard new customers and partners;
- Lead in Integration/solution-focused workshops.
Requirements
What you have
- A strong interpersonal, communication, and commercial skills with a technical track record;
- Experience with IPaaS and/or ESB solutions;
- Experience with integrations in a commerce environment;
- Experience with setting up a best practice architecture;
- A good understanding of best practice work processes in a commerce business, experience in working at a digital agency is a plus;
- Hands-on mentality and strong multi-tasking and project management capabilities;
- Fluency in English, Dutch is an advantage;
- Experience in the field of technology and international business, preferably supported by your Master’s degree;
- Start-up mentality and capability of working with people from a variety of backgrounds;
- As a leader in integration solutions you like to inspire others in becoming smarter and more efficient.
