Digital Advertising Specialist

As our Digital Advertising (SEA) Specialist you are the driving force behind our inbound engine and you bring in leads and online revenue. By presenting the right message to the right users you ensure that OnLogic is the first choice in Industrial Computers in no time. You get energy from achieving ambitious goals, such as growing the business by 70%+ this year, and you are more than happy to help set these goals for Digital Marketing. You work closely with the sales team to keep your finger on the pulse when it comes to incoming traffic, with the aim of optimizing your efforts even further. After all, you are constantly looking for opportunities to improve the outcome.

On an average day, you’ll

• Manage all European Search Engine Marketing activities, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Social Media Advertising channels.
• Research, advise and implement new opportunities in markets, target groups and keywords.
• Implement new initiatives by creating new campaigns and optimizing existing ones, in collaboration with the global marketing team in the Netherlands and the United States.
• Work together with our translators to optimally localize campaigns for the relevant markets.
• Analyze and report the ad performance to the marketing manager.
• Ensure an increase in the ROI of digital (paid) marketing channels within our e-commerce and our lead generation activities.
• Are responsible for the entire digital advertising budget for Europe.
• Are involved in analyzing trends in traffic and investigating opportunities for growth.
• Support setting up and optimizing landing pages.

The team you will be joining
Our talented Marketing and Ecommerce team has digital marketers, copywriters, designers and communication experts. As a team, we want to show the world why OnLogic is the first choice in industrial computing. Marketing is involved in developing marketing campagnes, producing stunning product catalogs, maintaining our social media channels, writing website content and laughing at each other's jokes on a daily basis.

Requirements

• You have at least 1 year of experience in digital advertising (SEA).
• You have advanced knowledge of, and experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Knowledge of SEMRush is an advantage.
• You are a natural talent with Spreadsheets. Presenting data in Google Data Studio is an advantage.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of the German language is an advantage.
• You have a proactive, internationally oriented mindset.
• You have an eye for detail and quality. You are organized with analytical skills and you have problem-solving skills.
• You have good time management competencies, flexibility to deal with changing priorities and you communicate effectively on the various ongoing projects. You have a healthy dose of positivity and assertiveness.

You have demonstrable experience with digital advertising and digital marketing with accompanying success stories. You work from our site in Oosterhout, NB. You are a proactive, entrepreneurial person with a strong analytical mind. You are able to analyze campaign data and apply the findings in your Ad management, as well as recognize trends at a global level and communicate them concisely. You work with the customer in mind, you put commercial interest first and you can work independently as well as in a team of marketing professionals.
