Job Description


This is what your day looks like. You:

  • Coach and direct the work of multiple sales teams who are responsible for selling organizational products or services through many channels.
  • Oversee all aspects of sales order management.
  • Manage European sales forecast process.
  • Establish specialized or targeted sales strategies or calling plans.
  • Provide competitive assessments, product or sales training, or pricing and contracting assistance to the sales team.
  • Develop and oversee outreach goals, activities, resource planning and reporting for the Sales Team.
  • Manage, lead and develop a team of highly motivated, customer focused sellers.
  • Develop and implement sales and go-to-market strategies that meet/exceed overall corporate goals.
  • Plan and direct all sales for your team, including planning and implementing forecasts, staffing, and team training.
  • Manage and monitor key sales pipeline and performance indicators to ensure financial goals.
  • Conduct regional sales forecasts, territory planning, demand generation, deal strategy development, and trend analysis.
  • In addition to leading the team, you may maintain direct customer relationships and grow key accounts in order to lead by example.
  • Travel 10%-20% of your time with your team members to our European customers.

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 10 years sales experience in the IPC/embedded industry or an industry very closely related to OnLogic and at least 5 years of sales team leadership experience with a team of at least 5 people.
  • You have a proven track record of your team meeting and exceeding their goals.
  • You have excellent active listening skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have a strong business acumen: the ability to succinctly describe an opportunity and how to win.
  • You have outstanding consultative selling abilities and customer acquisition skills.

The salary range for this role is 6.000,- to 7.500,- per month and personal incentives (OTE). We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles. Besides a base salary we will offer you a comprehensive Benefits package which includes:
