Your opportunity

• You will ensure a successful implementation of our career guidance solution with various clients, including on-boarding, training and on-going support.

Your team

You will join Arthur as a new addition to our solution delivery team. This team empowers clients to use our career guidance solution in 30+ countries. Arthur is an internationalist with extensive experience in project and program management across multiple industries. As SkillLab’s Solution Delivery Director, he manages the team that ensures that clients successfully use our skill profiling solution.

Your impact

• You will build a long-term relationship for a portfolio of our international clients
• You will deliver a variety of services to make our clients successful, including on-boarding webinars, regular check-ins, online chat / email support, updates to our knowledge base and impact tracking amp; reporting.
• You will coordinate with a variety of roles across SkillLab to ensure successful project delivery, including product managers for any clients requiring new features, UX designers to interview end-users, internal operations for contracting, marketing for client case studies and the sales team for on-going client success

Requirements

Is this you?

• You speak Arabic fluently to be able to serve a variety of our Arabic-speaking clients
• You are able to effectively communicate ideas in English and Arabic through presentations, meetings and written communication
• You are able to empathize and listen well to people, and then help them to implement solutions to problems quickly
• You are a great at building relationships with people across cultures and organisational hierarchies
• You are excited about our social mission to empower everyone to have a pathway to employment
• You have a learning mindset. Since this is an entry-level position, your learning mindset and work attitude are more important than what you already know.

Extra awesome

• Next to English and Arabic, you also speak French and/or Spanish

Salary amp; start-date

• We use a salary benchmark for the Dutch high-tech sector to set your salary based on your experience. Since this is an entry-level position, we expect that the annual gross salary for the experience we are looking for ranges from 35k-47k Euro per year.
• We prefer on-site candidates in Amsterdam / the Netherlands. However, we are open to remote applicants who live in the Netherlands and will make intermittent trips to Amsterdam. We also help international candidates to relocate to Amsterdam
• We accept applications on a rolling basis, and prefer a start-date in early-September

Practicalities

• You can work flexibly from our office in Amsterdam, or remotely with intermittent trips to Amsterdam if you live in other cities of the Netherlands.
• You will get relocation support to move to Amsterdam, including visa and 30% ruling application
• You will get work equipment and commuting support if you live in other cities in the Netherlands.
• You will enjoy 25 paid vacation days per year, and additional leave (e.g. parental leave).
