Your opportunity

• You will develop the digital content that empowers our users to get personalised career guidance through our app.
• You will work in an international team and be exposed to clients and users across industries in 30+ countries.
• You will learn how to update, create new strategies and implement them on how to best support users with self-servicing materials.

Your team

You will join the solution delivery team as the new e-learning content creation intern, reporting to Arthur. This team empowers clients to use our career guidance solution in 30+ countries. Arthur is an internationalist with extensive experience in project and program management across multiple industries. As SkillLab’s responsible for Solution Delivery Director, he manages the team that ensures that clients successfully use our skill profiling solution.

Your impact

You will ensure that SkillLab delivers amazing and engaging content for our customers and users across industries in 30+ countries. As part of your internship, you will:

• Update our knowledge base
• Create new presentations to on-board clients
• Create videos that show to our clients and users how to best use our tool
• Be part of the solution delivery meetings and be close to our clients and users, possibly in live workshops as well
• Propose evolution to our overall e-learning and self-service materials

Requirements

Is this you?

• You have a creative mindset and have experience creating, editing and publishing content in a variety of formats (e.g. text, video, graphics, etc.)
• You are excited about our social mission to empower everyone to have a pathway to employment
• You have a learning mindset and bring the drive and curiosity to tackle new challenges to create engaging learning content
• You can relate to and build relationships with people from various cultural backgrounds

Extra awesome

• Next to English, you speak one or more of these languages: Arabic, Spanish and French
• You have experience creating video and using video editing tools

Benefits

• This is a paid internship. Your reimbursement depends on your prior experience. We pay a minimum of 700 EUR per month for an internship.
• You can do the internship from Amsterdam, within the Netherlands with intermittent trips to Amsterdam or completely remotely.
• We accept applications on a rolling basis, and prefer a start-date in September ‘22.

Start date amp; logistics

• During the internship, you need to be eligible to work in the Netherlands / EU.
• The intake for the position is on a rolling basis.
• Given the complexity of the topic, we ask you to be available for a period of 4-6 months.
• You are currently enrolled as a student or graduated within the last 12 months.

Our selection procedure

1. You apply for the role and we review your profile.
2. We will invite you for a short screening call.
3. We will invite you for a 60min interview if we find that you are a good fit. The interview will involve you preparing a short assignment.
4. We will offer you the internship and discuss logistics, if we think that you are the ideal candidate for the role.
