Location: The Hague, NL

NATO Grade: G22/57

Total Scope of the request (hours): 600

Required Start Date: 12 September 2022

End Contract Date: 31 December 2022

Required Security Clearance: NATO SECRET

Duties and Role:

The HR Project Advisor roles and responsibilities;

  • Support a number of on-going HR projects, potentially take ownership and lead some small projects;
  • Lead the overall HR Communications, maintaining the strategy, plan and coordination elements, as well as the communication effort and plan for specific HR projects;
  • Assist with admin tasks such as maintaining the Agencies tasker tracker system, which entails coordinating responses when we are asked to collaborate with other teams;
  • Supporting in other areas of ODamp;C as required, including Policy, Diversity amp; Inclusion, Digital HR and Organisational Change;
  • Coordinate the HR budget with finance and the HR Management Team
  • Project coordination and reporting in support of the Operational Plan and strategic objectives;
  • other administrative duties.

Requirements

Skill, Knowledge amp; Experience:

Essential

  • The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance.
  • at least 3 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post;
  • Excellent level of verbal and written English
  • Experience of managing, delivering and supporting projects
  • Capable of writing and managing HR communications
  • An understanding of the HR function
  • A fast learner and able to pick up new concepts and processes with ease
  • Experience working with stakeholders of all levels, including leadership
  • Organised, able to be proactive and take ownership
  • Continuous improvement mind-set

Desirable

  • Experience managing and delivering; change projects and HR projects;
  • Experience organising, managing and delivering communications
  • A broad knowledge of Human Resources or even better, broad experience of the different teams;
  • Previous experience using SharePoint.
