Our client is a global company in transport management. They operate one of the largest fleets in Europe.

Ever since their founding in 2015, they have experienced rapid growth in their customer base expanding its operations to other regions in just three years. We are looking for a Key Account Manager for their Netherlands team, so if you are internationally oriented, sales-driven and motivated to build strong relationships with customers, we would like to meet you!

Job Requirements

• Maintain strong, long lasting, collaborative partnerships with existing customers and build relationships with newly acquired ones
• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients of organization
• Ensure profitable vehicle sales and high quality customer service in Netherlands and Belgium
• Develop pricing, sales strategy and ensure their execution
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements to maintain trust
• Create and implement long-term strategy for Key Account development, prepare sales and action plans to achieve them
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

Candidate Requirements

• Similar experience in sales and/or business development
• Excellent sales, negotiations and problem-solving skills
• Passion for challenges and high achievement orientation
• Fluent English is required
• The possibility to go on business trips on a regular basis
