A Technical Product Owner acts as a liaison between the business and the Scrum Team, ensuring business requirements are defined to the development team. They must understand how a product interacts with the wider ecosystem to ensure maximisation of value is delivered. They need to be a strong Product Owner with technical knowledge and must be able to articulate the wider consumer journeys impacted by their microservice. They need to act as the ‘bridge’ between customer desires and capabilities of the technology.
