As a project manager you are responsible for:
- The execution of all phases of a project: the initiation, realization, implementation and completion
- Making the translation from expected change to a concrete project plan
- Successfully implementing the change through the drafted project plan in terms of money, time, quality requirements of the environment involved and the expectations of your client and stakeholders
- Assembling a project team with the right internal and external capacity and competencies
- Motivating the environment and project team within the formal and informal structures of organizations
- The success of implementation in collaboration with the customer

We do this from our labels industries (including high tech, chemicals and fast moving consumer goods companies), utility (energy and water companies) and procurement. Our office is located in Utrecht As a consultant, you work for our clients as part of a team. These teams consist of senior, medior and junior consultants. Requirements
You bring this?
- Completed HBO/WO education in (technical) business administration, economics, supply chain management or a related education
- At least three years of work experience in the role of project manager within the energy market (utilities) or at large corporate, international companies (industries)
- Experience with project, benefits, stakeholder and change management
- Knowledge of methodologies such as Agile, Scrum and PRINCE2/IPMA. Certifications are desired
- You are decisive, structured, you stand firm and you can convince, coach, motivate and get people moving in a natural way
- You radiate enthusiasm, bring energy and are socially skilled
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language
