Lean Change Professional

You are the expert in the field of lean and continuous and you help organizations change to a culture of continuous improvement. You solve complex issues, involving transformation, green or black belt assignments. The change management aspect plays an important role here. Will you soon be excelling at and our customers? This will be your challenge

As a Lean Change professional you are responsible for:

  • Supervising complex improvement processes with a major change aspect
  • Helping organizations independently by setting up efficient, effective and agile teams that focus on clear objectives and KPIs
  • Improving the culture towards open communication, learning and collaboration, so that the strategic objectives of the organization are achieved. You coach and guide senior management towards an appropriate leadership style
  • Moving different groups such as employees and management to a lean working method. You use the right tools and techniques
  • Ensuring sustainable change through coaching on processes, attitude, behavior and results
  • Transferring lean and change management knowledge and skills to other consultants through training and coaching on-the-job
  • Further developing and optimizing lean transformation program

You bring this

  • Completed university education in (technical) business administration, economics or a similar study
  • At least ten years of work experience as a change manager, continuous improvement specialist, lean change professional, lean black belt professional or experience in a similar position
  • You can get groups moving and you have demonstrable experience in advising, coaching, training, stimulating and facilitating management and employees in organizations that are changing to a Lean working method
  • You have experience in the field of lean and experience with (team) coaching in change processes
  • You have knowledge of change management, project management and value stream mapping
  • Certificates in Lean Six Sigma, for example Lean Black Belt
  • Consulting skills, analytical thinking, strong relationship building skills and someone who can coach and convince
  • You are described as energetic, enterprising and enterprising
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language
