HR Country Leader
As the Human Resources Country Leader, you will operate as a core member of the Country Leadership team as well as the Global HR Community of Practice, supporting the alignment and/or development and delivery of talent imperatives, processes, policies, and change management required to effectively and efficiently grow our business and create a leading people culture. You will lead a team of professionals while supporting the business in a fast growing agenda.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Experience in a similar HR Leadership position, with responsibility for the whole HR employee lifecycle experience, Recruitment and Lamp;D
- Strong understanding of local labor law and local market, including compensation, benefits schemes and best practies
- Good understanding of the Technology consulting business and market (preferrable but not required Microsoft solutions)
- Ability to create and influence HR network and wide sphere of stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills at all levels
- Experienced, well-organized professional with the ability to prioritize issues, analyze data and work effectively across Senior business stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a virtual team
- Ability and willingness to work in a multicultural and diverse environment and flex style as appropriate (sensitivity to cultural differences)
- Proactively supports the definition and delivery of HR Processes and practices
- Collates, maintains and improves HR Group policies
- Owns or/ and supports key international projects
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks in our processes and procedures as well as our HR system of reference
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes by bringing new ideas and tangible results
- Supports operations regarding our internal HR amp; Recruitment tolls and systems
- Periodically reports on specific KPIs to the HR Director and Leadership
- Supports Recruitment and Learning and Development key initiatives
- Becomes a champion for any Damp;I, engagement and development activity
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
- Ability to work internationally while collaborating with different country needs
- A people’s-oriented inclination, negotiation skills and capacity to become a trusted advisor to the business
- Ability to leverage information and/or internal data to prepare recommendations or presentations on behalf of Group/ country
- Ensure availability of regular reports working with colleagues across Recruitment and HR
- Analyse business issues/opportunities as they related to TA/workforce issues. Assess root causes and propose/ execute solutions
- Strong project management and problem solving
- Partner with TEDs to ensure the effective operation of the broader HR team
Requirements
Certification Requirements:
- Higher professional or master’s qualification in a related discipline is preferred, not required
- Active membership in related professional bodies or industry groups is preferred, not required
- This is a leadership position hence integrity and capacity to lead by example while leveraging and motivating a team is required
- Due to nature of the role, some travel and willingness to work alternative hours could be required
- Excellent Dutch and English written and verbal communication will be required
