Key Responsibilities
As Sales Manager you are responsible to acquire new customers for Managed Services. You will manage the sales cycle aiming for new names. Besides acquiring new names, you will be responsible to improve, enhance and expand our services at our current customers together with our account managers.
You will be working in close relationship with the following key people:
· Director Managed Services and the Manager Marketing for creation and execution of the business plan;
· Customer Team and Delivery Managers who are responsible for the delivery of the agreed Managed Services as described in the SLA;
· Marketing for developing new business (marketing is responsible for lead generation, you will be responsible for execution).
Requirements
You are
· a sales professional able to develop new business;
· high proficiency in English;
· legally allowed to work and travel in the EU;
· ambitious and eager to learn;
· a substantive sparring partner for colleagues and customers in the field of Microsoft technology;
· someone who knows how to provide good service to customers;
· full of initiative and knows how to manage customers in an effective way;
· someone who integrates effortlessly into a fun team;
· creative and analytical.
You have
· a completed university education, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, IT amp; Business Management or a comparable education;
· a minimum of 5 years experience with selling Managed Services in an International playing field;
· knowledge of Managed Services organizations and their methodologies like ITIL/ASL/BISL;
· knowledge of Microsoft Business Solutions like ERP, CRM, Analytic and the world of cloud;
· a pragmatic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
