Job Description

The aim of the QA department and Operative is to enable and maintain the highest quality service to Huboo customers ensuring that delivery requirements are met and that the correct items are dispatched. This role forms a pivotal part of validating that those operational processes are followed at the required level aiding the long-term success of our business and customer satisfaction. The role is growing to place a greater focus on error prevention and improvement aspects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Client Implementation team to ensure the onboarding process is a success for Huboo as well as the clients/customers.
  • Work with hub managers to ensure their hub has the optimal set-up and document / share any observations/findings.
  • Adhere to company procedures to inspect and report quality issues in detail.
  • Review / Audit Goods IN amp; OUT transactions to ensure accuracy.
  • Initiate Problem-solving methods to determine root-cause corrective actions.
    • Ensure follow-up to process confirm/validate the implementation.
      • Liaise with Ops supervision for support/escalation.
  • Internally, identify trends and contributory factors around the picking and packing process.
    • Share key learning to proactively introduce error reduction and standardization.
  • Assess ticket quality to ensure the team is providing outstanding customer service.
    • Feedback any details or corrective actions to supervisor, as necessary.
  • Assess new Hub manager performance and provide follow-up with the training requirements.
  • Utilise the Continuous Improvement team to request process improvement support where required.
  • Conduct parcel checks to validate the process and follow up with root cause corrective actions.

  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt
  • Advanced Problem-Solving skills
    • A3 PPS / 8D / DMAIC
  • Strong influencing and creative skills.
