Euronet is lookng for a new collague to join us at the position of Operations Coordinator for Benelux. At this position we are looking for top notch candididate who would be responsible for coordination of all IMAC activity for The Netherlands and Belgium from keying new deals to arranging installation of ATM’s, as well as other ATM activity, such as relocations and refurbishment, router swaps and change of ownerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a first class customer service experience at all times
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to ensure a smooth and efficient IMAC delivery
- Take ownership of work ensuring contact with customer is maintained at regular intervals and are kept informed on progress
- Follow the YourCash process and procedures on a day-to-day basis
- Use a logical approach and initiative to fact finding and problem resolution
- Achieve a 90% pass rate with ‘Know Your Customer’ monthly audits
- Build relationships with your peers across the business and encourage openness, sharing of best practices and encouragement
- Build positive working relationships with external suppliers
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 GCSE’s at C grade or equivalent
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience in managing and contact with external suppliers
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Intermediate IT skills with previous experience of Microsoft applications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service with problem solving, telephone support and complaints handling is desirable
- Ability to investigate and resolve non- technical issues
