As an ABM Specialist, you are part of the sales and marketing team. A small yet highly motivated, experienced, and self-sufficient group of professionals determined to grow HSO International.

It is your responsibility to scout the market. You seek, profile, qualify. And take immediate action the moment you know this could be the next big deal. In addition, you make sure all Microsoft sellers in our target markets know who we are, what we do and when they should call you.

To meet the software deployment requirements of global, multinational, companies, ensuring control and consistency in the rollout of their projects, HSO brought together a group of many nationalities in one team: HSO International. Daily, over 180 professionals from more than 30 nationalities are working with customers all around the world to improve their business processes by implementing Microsoft Business Applications.

Requirements

You are

  • A passionate marketing professional scouting the market to identify, profile and qualify accounts and leads that fit the HSO International Ideal Customer Profile
  • A thorough researcher capable of analysing annual reports with related financial statements
  • Proactive and eager to connect and engage with stakeholders at targeted accounts
  • Capable and comfortable pitching the HSO International story, and why target accounts should care about it.
  • A committed team player that catalyses the lead to opportunity process at the intersection of marketing amp; sales.
  • Somebody with a can-do mentality that takes ownership and accountability for tasks and responsibilities assigned.
  • Proficient in building, maintaining, and developing target accounts using a CRM system.
  • Fluent in English as you will be working with people from all over the world.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute desk research to identify, profile and qualify leads and accounts matching our ideal customer profile.
  • Connect and engage with relevant stakeholders at designated target accounts
  • Link the business challenges of target accounts to the HSO International proposition. What’s in it for them?
  • Work with the marketing team to follow up on marketing campaigns
  • Evaluate (inbound) leads and navigate Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Qualified Leads
  • Work with the sales team to turn Sales Qualified Leads into Sales Accepted Opportunities
  • Connect and build relations with Microsoft enterprise sales in selected target markets
  • Build a marketing contributed pipeline

You have

  • A bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing or Business Development
  • A developed skillset when it comes to Account Based Marketing
  • 4-8 years of relevant working experience in (Account Based) Marketing, ADR or BDR positions
  • A certain understanding of ERP, CRM, and BI applications and why they play such a pivotal role for global companies
  • A certain understanding of the Microsoft partner and seller ecosystem
  • Experience with Office 365, Dynamics 365, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar systems.
