About the role
We are looking for an experienced quantitative researcher who loves transforming data of all types into actionable conclusions that will drive our business and design decisions. Someone that is not afraid to be our advocate of the impact that quantitative metrics will bring to Mews.
You'll work alongside Service Designers, UX Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers, contribute to our research discipline and be a member of a growing and vibrant design team.
The position is entirely remote. We believe in the impact people can bring no matter where they are.
Requirements
We are looking for an:
Expert in Quantitative data
Be an expert for metrics analysis within our UX research team, define quantitative UX goals, execute empirical research projects at Mews, and create research protocols.
Collaborative mate
Alongside with UX Research team, collaborate closely with other parts of the company to empower their work and help them reach our product goals.
Contextual master
Ability to see the stories in the data, articulate them and intertwine your conclusions with qualitative insights.
Innovator for the measurement of all types
Passion and hunger for learning new things are essential, implementing them, and sharing experiences. Love experimenting with methodology approaches and with tools to do it.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a quantitative researcher.
- Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, Engineering, HCI, or a related field.
- A portfolio of case studies that shows the challenges you tackled, your research methodology, and the outcomes.
- Knowledge in statical methods, behavioral research, R or Python development, and database management.
- English on a fluent or conversational level.
- Experience with online quantitative and analytics platforms.
- You are located in Europe.
