About the role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will work within a high growth client team with responsibility for managing an account effectively and profitability by planning for and organising all areas relevant to development and execution of projects.
You’ll ensure the smooth day to day running of the account, a leading sportswear brand, meeting or exceeding the client’s expectations. More importantly looking at how we can strategically grow and develop the accounts to maximise revenues. This will include cross- selling all of Jellyfish services and looking to develop relationships at all levels within the
accounts. The SAM will be able to manage any issues and inspire confidence in the clients. This hire will be a dedicated resource of the client and will therefore act as a hybrid between the client and Jellyfish, with the key objective being to bring synergy and efficiencies to both sides.


Key tasks amp; responsibilities

  • Understanding project pipeline from key Client Stakeholders, including Integrated Media (IM) and One Creative teams. Flagging any upcoming projects to Jellyfish and any other stakeholders.
  • Collating Jellyfish production briefs from information provided by different client teams (IM, Brand, Consumer Construct, Brand Creative), and agencies.
  • Collating all necessary assets and managing an efficient system for sharing files for production, approval and delivery. (Using Box and other tools).
  • Obtaining necessary budget approvals from stakeholders. Keeping track of spend and flagging when there is any over/under spend or significant change to SOW.
  • Setting up and attending regular project status meetings and creative reviews with Jellyfish, clients media agency and stakeholders to obtain creative approvals and flag any project issues/watch outs/next steps. This includes leading production calls and managing the process between creative and media deliverables.
  • Understanding what assets are available and how they can be plotted against media channels
  • Getting under the skin of every campaign deliverable; understanding the possibilities and limitations of each media platform and format. Collaborating with clients media agency to guide and advise creative and production teams to get the most out of the booked placements.
  • Keeping on top of project timings and managing stakeholder expectations for project delivery.
  • Identifying and flagging any potential bumps in the road as early as possible.
  • Driving overall production process: being the glue that holds everyone together and the oracle of all campaign fulfillment knowledge.


Requirements

  • Experience in multiple paid media channels and formats is a must: print, OOH, display, social, broadcast. The ability to read and interpret media plans.
  • Brand and performance media understanding.
  • Able to manage a large volume of projects with a superhuman ability to keep on top of every deliverable: delivery dates, approval status, outstanding questions and tasks, etc.
  • An eye for detail and creative sensitivity.
  • Management multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to make clear, actionable briefs from multiple sources and/or fragmented information.
  • Someone who thrives in a high pace environment and can keep their cool when plans pivot.
  • Who loves to see their hard work pay off in large scale campaigns for one of the world’s biggest and best brands!
  • Core working hours are 9am - 5:30 CET. However, a flexible approach to working hours is essential for this role.
  • The role will be subject to Jellyfish Flex working policies and some onsite working days at the clients office in Amsterdam may also be required.
