Atlassian is looking for an experienced Account-based Marketing (ABM) Campaign Manager to join its ABM team within the Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) organization. The ideal candidate has experience crafting and launching compelling end-to-end campaigns while leveraging channels including, but not limited to, paid media, email, content syndication, direct mail, events, and more. The ABM Campaign Manager will also be closely tracking campaign and channel-level performance to ensure we optimize campaigns and drive campaign efficiencies. The ABM Campaign Manager will be a key partner to our EMEA ABM Manager and the EMEA Strategic Sales Team - both our Enterprise Advocates (EAs) and Enterprise Development Representatives (EDRs) teams.
Your future teamThis role will report to the Global Lead, ABM and sits within our Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) organisation.What you'll do
  • Be responsible for coordinating and executing campaigns to drive success to the EMEA ABM strategy
  • Creates and completes ABM campaigns briefs and follows up with stakeholders
  • Creates UTMs, naming conventions, tagging, and campaign workstreams for ABM campaigns (sales outbound and marketing campaigns)
  • Works with advertising program vendors to launch campaigns and reports on the success of each campaign with insights
  • Puts together quarterly campaign plans and setts up campaign plans to enable EDRs on outbound campaigns and inbound campaigns
  • Delivers campaign retros and reports on campaign performance to ABM Strategists, Demand Generation teams, and PMM teams (campaign feedback, pipeline, and opportunities generated)
  • Partners with PMM teams to source content assets and recommends feedback based on performance
  • Be a close partner to Demand Generation to collaborate on existing campaigns and content and communicate clearly where ABM campaigns are targeted to avoid overlap
  • Partners with EDRs and EDR Managers to ensure timely follow up on leads and enablement on outbound and other ABM campaigns
  • Contributes to EDR outbound processes and playbooks in collaboration with EDR management
  • Aggregates EDR outbound campaign templates and briefs, sharing with EDR
  • Follows up on email tickets and content deliverables to ensure successful execution of campaigns
  • Advocates for the ABM team and highlight the campaigns we're running
Your background
  • 3+ years of marketing experience (ABM, demand generation, field marketing or digital marketing)
  • Proficient in Demandbase, Salesforce, Excel, Marketo and experience working ABM stack including Demandbase, Drift, Outreach, Zoominfo, Folloze, Uberflip, 6sense, TechTarget Priority Engine, etc is preferred
  • ABM expertise across various marketing channels and their effectiveness
