What the role is about
As our accurate and structured Back Office Representative, you are responsible for processing and administrating incoming packages from our customers and suppliers. You evaluate the issue and/or defect of the product and are in charge of the follow-up to our customers/suppliers. Thanks to your problem solving skills and customer focus, you make sure you provide excellent service! You will be a part of our Support department and report to our Team Lead Support.
As most of our key accounts are in France, it is absolutely pivotal that you read and speak French at a native level. If you do not, please do not apply!
Requirements
- Responsible for processing and administrating incoming packages in our ERP system (Netsuite);
- Evaluate the issue and/or defect and take care of the correct follow-up to our customers/suppliers, both from incoming packages and remotely reported issues;
- Proactively contribute to improve our logistics, after sales and customer care processes.
Who we are looking for
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English;
- Experience in Customer Care/Back Office is a plus;
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus;
- You are accurate, structured and proactive;
- You have excellent problem solving skills, high attention to detail and are customer focused.
