What the role is about
Our Customer Care team is looking for a Customer Care Representative for the French market. As quality-focused Customer Care Representative FR you handle and resolve inquiries from our French B2B and B2C customers, for example about products, delivery and shipment. You do this primarily by email, social media and chat and to a lesser extent by phone in French, and English where required. Thanks to your positive attitude and problem-solving skills, you ensure all our customers receive a high-level service.

You will be joining our Customer Care Team and work closely together with your international colleagues from Back Office, Sales Support and Logistics. Are you the service-oriented CLUSE ambassador we are looking for (40 hours per week)?

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high service level by responding to our French B2C customer inquiries by email, chat and social media;
  • Contribute to the improvement of our service level and after sales processes by spotting and raising issues and make suggestions for things we can do better;
  • Work closely together with other teams like Back Office, Sales Support and Logistics to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

About you

  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in French (native level) and English;
  • You are an excellent problem solver with a positive attitude;
  • You like to work independently, but also in a team;
  • You are customer amp; quality focused and have a great sense of responsibility;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Affinity with and experience in social media.
