Job Description
To accelerate our growth we are looking for a managing partner (or 2 or 3) for Amsterdam who is passionate about growth marketing and innovation, who loves to take initiative and who is interested in expanding Cosmos Collective in new markets.
If you like ownership, leadership and the thrill of a start-up, while being strategic and hands-on in your approach, this is the right role for you.
What does a Managing Partner do at Cosmos Collective Amsterdam?
- You will be in charge of launching amp; executing the operations of Cosmos Collective in Amsterdam (with the help of your Belgian colleagues)
- You‘ll be responsible for the daily management of the company: you know which processes to install to operate successfully, you know how to keep track of financial targets and how to deliver quality service to your clients
- You think about the strategic plans of Cosmos Collective and translate these plans in clear business goals amp; targets for your market
- You can provide the general Cosmos Collective offering with a local sauce to spice things up in the Dutch market
- You are responsible for maintaining, following up and expanding sustainable commercial relationships
- You are responsible for the communication and follow-up of your projects
- You can do part of the growth marketing / validation consulting projects yourself (primarily in the beginning)
What do you bring to the table?
- You have extensive knowledge of growth marketing, experimentation and corporate innovation (this is a must, since this is the core of our business)
- You know how to work with innovation amp; growth frameworks like design thinking, the lean startup method, etc...
- You’ve always wanted to start a new business, but were hesitant to take the leap (don’t worry, we’ve got your back)
- You are a true entrepreneur with one ambition: making Cosmos Collective the number 1 innovation studio!
- You have experience with client projects and/or you know people who can help you build a solid service company
- You are creative, have fresh ideas and can challenge people
- You know how to service your clients and you are solution-oriented
- You are result-driven, flexible, value transparent communication and dare to take ownership
- You live in Amsterdam, so you have a local network of innovation managers and/or marketing managers
- You speak Dutch amp; English
