Our Sourcing team in Amsterdam, in the Fashion/Ready to wear division, is looking for an Account manager to join them! You report to the Business Manager Fashion Netherlands.Please note that frequent travel between offices and to accounts in NL amp; BE is part of the role.
Your responsibilities will be the following : Managing and growing a portfolio of Dutch brands and suppliers in the Fashion Team :
- Within the Fashion Team we work with brands and suppliers from various segments: Ready to Wear Kids, Women’s, Men’s and accessories.
- Brands whom we work with are amongst others: Dante 6, Fabienne Chapot, LTB Jeans, Mart Visser and many more.
- We provide various commercial services including Flash Sales, One Day Deals, Media, Affiliation, ‘digitally delivered goods’ DDG. The MarketPlace implementation is foreseen in Q1 2023
Responsible for the strategy, execution and performance of the portfolio of accounts :
- Management of the existing account portfolio, elevating performance to date, improving business metrics like net contribution and profitability.
- Negotiating offers, payment terms, assortments and purchase prices.
- Increase activation of sales amp; brands to a higher level.
- Leverage data and analysis to consult accounts for future sales.
- Creating an annual planning per account
- Secure on Time in Full delivery of Sales: working cross functional with B2C Planning, Merchandise, Marketing, Logistics, Customer Care and Finance.
- Manage Sales administration: create Product and pricing list, deliver samples/pictures, create sales briefing, CRM, and create contract and addenda, timing follow-up.
WHAT YOU BRING
- At least 3 years’ experience in a commercial or account management position.
- Excellent commercial skills: incl. analytics, segmentation, account management
- Excellent command in CRM BI Tools
- Energy and Humor
- Your mother tongue is Dutch, you are fluent in English, French is a plus
- You have strong project management skills, like deadlines and calendars
- You are resilient and committed.
- You have experience and affinity within the category of Fashion.
- You are a team player with good social and communication skills.
- You are strategic, hands-on, flexible and have no 9-to-5 mentality.
