Senior Digital Designer
As Senior Digital Designer, I make all of GoodHabitz’s marketing communications look pristine. Whether it’s for our website, CRO projects, downloadables, emails, or socials, I make sure everything looks on-brand not just for the Dutch market, but for all of our global target audiences. The brand book is my bible, and I’m very precise and diligent in everything that I do. My ultimate goal is to make GoodHabitz stand out visually as a brand.

This is what you’ll be doing?

• Creating concepts based on briefs and translating these into designs, both in the form of digital materials (landing pages, social posts, emails, etc.) and printing materials (postcards, posters, etc.).
• Collaborate with product managers to understand the product before presenting solutions to improve the visual and interactive experience.

• Design user interface elements and troubleshoot UX problems.
• Make sure everything you create is consistent and match the brand guidelines.
• Working with the team to achieve common goals.

This will be your team?

The focus of the marketing team is on growth and making GoodHabitz a?lovemark for clients, prospects and GoodHabitz employees. Apart from canvassing new clients, we create thrilling content and campaigns to surprise clients and non-clients alike. We’re in the business of creating fans and ambassadors of our brand who will stick with us, and maybe even upgrade to other GoodHabitz services at a later stage.

Requirements

You are perfect for this job, because?

• You have a persuasive portfolio that shows what you're capable of.
• You know how to design digital and physical products (such as landing pages (UI/UX), user interface elements, prints, social media images etc.)
• You have 4+ years of experience.
• You know your way around the tools of Adobe Creative Cloud and visual design / wireframing tools like Adobe Experience Design, Sketch or Figma.

• Good problem-solving ability and an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
• You have no trouble working with a style that’s part of a brand identity.
• You like working in a dynamic environment and you’re flexible.
• GoodHabitz is an international organisation, so your English is on-point.
