For our Headquarter office in the Netherlands, we are looking for a dynamic Frontend Developer, to build exciting new functionality and continue transforming our legacy product in THE reference product according to market standards.
All code is build in-house, starting from 2009. In the near future we will replace legacy into a modern structure and build new features to remain a market leader.

Which skills do you need?
• Experience in transforming legacy code into modern and maintainable applications, you want to write efficient and clean code with understanding that perfect does not exist. You prefer to write components in a reusable manner.
• Experience in designing, challenging the Product Owner in improving the UI experience of our users.
• Knowledgeable in modern frontend frameworks and libraries and tooling for creating components (Figma and Storybook is a big plus)
• Experience with technologies as: HTML, CSS, Vanilla and Javascript and using tools like: jQuery and Vue.js. Having knowledge about CSS pre-processors like SASS/LESS is a plus. Experience with JSON API is a must.
• Love to work in an Agile environment, continuous improvements is your first nature
• Eager to work with new technologies and tools
• Open to vivid discussion and keep eye on the ball

13.00h: Your colleague Frank is stuck with a problem, after reviewing you decide to take it up with Shoma to assess if the translation of the functional requirement to the technical are right, after discussion you decide to adapt and Irma validates it after discussion with Sanne, great teamwork (and already used the tips of Irma!)
16.00h: Code review time: you discover some bugs in the programming of Dennis, you adapt discuss and get back to it, great learning and feedback!
