Job Description

Pearl Abyss - the company behind the highly acclaimed Black Desert franchise- is seeking a driven and organized, Korean speaking General Affairs (GA) Manager for its European Publishing Office.

As GA Manager you will be the first point of contact for all office-related matters and oversee a wide range of office management duties from inventory control to maintaining all relevant administration. You will report directly to the Head of Office.

Join a dedicated multinational team working across multiple communities, platforms, and games such as the Black Desert franchise and upcoming releases Crimson Desert, DokeV and PLAN 8!


Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact regarding all Office related matters
  • Oversee facility management vendors, including contracted catering- and cleaning parties
  • Administration of office supplies and ordering when necessary.
  • Plan in-house or off-site company activities for office employees
  • Maintaining office conditions and arranging necessary maintenance
  • Organize travel arrangements for employees’ business trips
  • Administrative support to our employees
  • Assist accounting manager with monitoring of expenses
  • Support the Human Resources department with administrative tasks
  • Other duties may be assigned according to ad hoc needs

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch, English and Korean
  • Full-time availability (40h/week)
  • Organized and detail-oriented personality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in the field of office management
  • Experience or affinity with the gaming industry is a plus
