To drive the success of Ireckonu we are looking for an experienced Account Manager Leader that could bring the Account Management team to the next level.

As the Director Account Management, you will lead a team of 6+ Account Managers globally and be part of the Commercial Team. This role reports directly to the CCO.

About You:

As Director of Account Management, you will need to bring experience in the digital and operational hospitality landscape, as well as a strong background in sales and relationship management. You should also have demonstrable experience managing local and remote teams, as well as strong stakeholder management skills up to CXO level. The ideal candidate for this position is target driven and highly proactive; you are a self starter and love working in a collaborative team.

Requirements

You Will:

  • You will lead and nurture the Account Management team to ensure we build trust and long-lasting relationships with our clients;
  • Your leadership style will enable an increase in the performance of the team (increase upsell, client retention and employee satisfaction);
  • You gain a deep understanding of our product and the customer needs to be able to lead and coach the team on the best solutions;
  • You will develop strategies to grow existing accounts and ensure quality and cost-effective solutions;
  • You will lead the team to collaborate with sales, product amp; operations teams to ensure the clients receive contractual products and services;
  • You will implement standard operating procedures to ensure best practices across the team (from finding the best solutions to negotiating the contract);
  • You act as the point of contact between the team and the client to help solve problems and achieve business goals by building trust and providing strategic and realistic solutions (in order to avoid escalations);
  • Forecast and track performance of our clients;
  • You will use your outstanding communication to influence key stakeholders and clients
