Job Description

Carflow, a MotorK group company, provides software solutions for the automotive industry. We are a hard working, multicultural, fast growing team with a no-nonsense approach.

To continue our growth, we are hiring new talents. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager for the Dutch market. You will be the first and main contact for our Dutch dealers and help this get the maximum value out of the Carflow product suite. With your direct contact and insights into the market, you will also help guide Carflow and MotorK further in their product development and evolution, so we can continue to deliver more relevant solutions and features.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first and main point of reference for Dutch dealers and guide them once the contract has been signed and the project is delivered.
  • Engage with clients at all levels and be the lead for all client engagements
  • Provide the necessary coaching, training and material to insure maximum onboarding and use of the platform.
  • Provide the necessary coaching, training and material to support the success of the dealer in their digital transformation.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales for upsells, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain contact with the internal stakeholders and specialists to bring necessary market feedback and to provide solutions to the dealer challenges.
  • Help collect dealer and market insights through your continuous contact to help shape the strategy and future feature developments
  • You provide administrative support when needed
  • The main objective = loyalty and retention of our customers

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer service or consultancy functions
  • Experience in development and management of Web Marketing strategy/campaign
  • Experience working in a full digital environment and with digital tools
  • Experience in the B2B market (knowledge of Dealer Automotive market is lovable!)
  • You are proactive and have a hands-on mentality.
  • You are goal oriented and you see solutions to challenges rather than problems.
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility
  • You have high communicative and relationship skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Knowledge of Office 365 or Google produc suite is a plus
