Job Description

Are you an experienced Head of Product Marketing looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to demonstrate your skills in a great working environment? Then we want you!

We are looking for a driven Head of Product Marketing who will be responsible for driving product engagement, user adoption strategy, competitive intelligence, product communication and the positioning of our products. The successful candidate will also be charged with developing engaging product marketing programs that will reach the target audience for each product and inspire an increase in product adoption and engagement.

You must know our competitors like the back of your hand. You must also know our users better than they know themselves, including how they use our product. You must back up strategic insights with product analytics and then use that knowledge to drive communication strategies to drive user adoption and engagement as well as create product marketing materials for our sales and marketing teams to be successful.

You will work within our marketing team and collaborate with marketing colleagues to develop innovative marketing programs, with our product team to drive product adoption and engagement, and with our sales team to support the creation of engaging digital assets on our products. Attention to detail, strong writing skills, and an eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that resonates with our target audience. You are obsessed with tracking performance and have the data to prove what’s working and what isn’t.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop comprehensive product marketing assets for sales and marketing teams
  • Create and maintain our messaging and value proposition for our products including messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas
  • Develop impactful communication strategies for our current users to drive adoption and engagement of our products
  • Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-lead research
  • Regularly review our feature launch processes with other stakeholders to improve it, adjust it and ensure that it reflects our GTM strategy
  • Build a comprehensive customer review and reference program
  • Create engaging marketing campaigns to promote new features with our existing user base
  • Conduct a competitive intelligence program that includes the creation of battle cards and competitors' overviews.
  • Leverage data from win-loss analyses to adapt our messaging and positioning to specific market trends.
  • Lead customer training strategy and execution including webinars
  • Develop and refine our product user personas
  • Develop a program to gather and share insights on industry trends (acquisitions, news, etc)
  • Lead a small product marketing team


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
  • 5+ years product marketing experience (preferably for a SaaS product B2B)
  • English language fluency is an essential requirement
  • Proven history of creating effective marketing programs
  • Experience with competitive analysis
  • Must have outstanding writing skills (experience creating marketing content is an advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal skills (experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is an advantage)

COMPETENCIES

  • Proficiency using CRM and Email tools such as HubSpot is an advantage.
  • Graphic design skills (amp; experience with the Adobe creative suite) is an advantage
