The global marketing team, located in Youwe’s HQ in Rotterdam, is looking for a Senior Marketing Project Manager. You have great natural organization skills and are able to work closely with the global marketing team to make sure that as a team we reach our goals/KPIs and follow the roadmap precisely and in an Agile matter. You will do this for all regions Youwe is active in: Benelux, UK, and the Nordics.

As a Senior Marketing Project Manager at Youwe, you will manage all marketing actions globally and all Agile projects in Jira. In a word, you are the connection between the local teams, ensuring each of the teams' timely delivery and excellent performance. You will be the gatekeeper of the global roadmap and make sure the KPIs are met. Working closely with the Director of Marketing on defining the goals and then with each of the team members on cascading and achieving those, you will make sure the right actions are taken at the right time and the right people are involved. For each project, you are able to put together the right team of colleagues and/or freelancers, create the necessary briefs, set up meetings and tasks and make sure the project is finished on time.

Requirements

You are a ‘natural born’ project manager who loves structure, deadlines and celebrating success. Obviously, your personality allows you to easily communicate within the team and connect the dots. You are energetic, proactive and only need two words to make your move and take action. An international and dynamic environment is where you work best, you enjoy diverse challenges and working with people from different backgrounds and countries. Your several years of relevant project management experience make you our solid rock in our day-to-day business, and delivering projects on time gives you a thrill.

• Experience as a project manager at a (B2B) digital agency, preferably in the field of IT, e-commerce, or digital marketing;
• An affinity with content production and ability to provide great briefings for Marketing content;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and project management tools;

• Great organization skills;
• Ability to set up and complete a marketing project, such as campaigns, events, or brand initiatives;
• Ability to multitask and the knowledge on how to switch quickly between different projects, disciplines, and stakeholders;
• Team player spirit and talent to manage the interests of all people/teams involved;
• Great communication skills in English, Dutch and Swedish are a great plus.
