What are you going to do?:
This is no ordinary online retail role dealing with customers! We are looking for a driven individual to take on the task of supporting our clients and making their businesses the best they can be.
Key responsibilities of a magazijnmedewerker/warehouse operative-customer based include:
- Building strong client relationships and taking ownership of specific clients.
- Always provide an excellent client service.
- Booking new products in and making sure your client’s merchandise and business is running smoothly.
- Showing excellent attention to detail always to ensure your clients orders are correct.
- Processing all customers orders and making sure they are packed and sent out on time and in line with the client’s brand guidelines.
- Working with autonomy and accountability ensuring you make the right decisions for clients and communicate this positively.
- You will be working on a 4 days on/4 days off shift from 9.00 - 19.30
Requirements
What are we expecting from you?
Due to the nature of the role of a magazijnmedewerker/warehouse operative - customer based, it is essential that you can think on your own, are organised, and willing to take on some responsibility.

- You should be able to speak and write in English.
- Having customer service experience, is a plus!
- Commitment to always work hard and give 100%.
- Able to work on your own and as a part of a friendly team

- The ability to build strong relationships, listen and understand your colleagues and clients
- You will need to be forward thinking; we do not want someone who will settle for the status quo, new ideas are certainly encouraged!
