What would a day in your life @ Nium look like?

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for setting up and driving our core programs of sourcing talent and raising the bar of talent that comes to Nium Travel. You will own hiring for all positions in the Netherlands covering Tech, Sales amp; Compliance, and you will support with other European vacancies.

  • You will source, engage and recruit talent for our Amsterdam and European teams.
  • Running end-to-end selection processes
  • Partner with hiring managers to execute on hiring plans
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage and develop a pipeline of passive talent apart from active pool.
  • Create strong governance with hiring teams to identify trends within the market, strategize on outreach approaches, and brainstorm creative search methods.
  • Leverage internal tools to build pipeline and engage active and passive talents in the markets
  • Providing excellent candidate experience and building relationships with potential and existing candidates
  • Report on recruiting metrics and performance reports on a regular basis

Requirements

  • Experience working in an internal recruitment team would be beneficial
  • Strong understanding of the complete recruiting function, including research, sourcing, networking, interviewing and closing
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize workload effectively
  • Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English
  • Must be result-oriented
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Can strive in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable with change
